Susan Geasland is an Oklahoma based dancer, teacher, and choreographer. She is currently the Studio Director of Rhythm Innovations Dance Company and Elevate, where she trains and mentors dancers across northeast Oklahoma. She holds a B.F.A. in Dance Performance from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she was a member of the Kaleidoscope Dance Company and served as the department’s office manager.

Susan’s professional experience includes performing and choreographing for competitions, conferences, and regional events, as well as teaching at Reclaiming Arts and RACE Dance Studio. She has also performed at the Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival and the American College Dance Association.

At The Dance Effect, Susan serves as a convention instructor, stage manager, and judge. She also shares her artistry by teaching masterclasses throughout the region. Known for her holistic teaching philosophy, Susan is passionate about helping dancers grow not only in skill, but also in confidence, creativity, and character.
